By 2021, we had significantly expanded our capabilities and client base. Today, we proudly operate with a team of 100 skilled professionals, delivering high-quality services to meet the growing demands of our clients.

In 2026, the company achieved another major milestone as a result of its continuous growth and success. To support expanding operations and future opportunities, the business was officially incorporated and rebranded as FCGAD WORLDWIDE INC. This transformation strengthened the company's organizational structure, enhanced its capabilities, and positioned it to undertake larger and more complex projects while maintaining its commitment to quality, reliability, and client satisfactio

Initially, the founder of 3-I faced financial limitations and relied exclusively on word-of-mouth marketing to promote our services. Without a website or formal portfolio, our focus was on developing trust and building lasting client relationships.

Established in 2015, we began as a small-scale construction company with a single foreman and a team of five workers, primarily undertaking ceiling and painting projects.

Within three years, client referrals increased, allowing us to shift our focus to steel erection. As our market expanded, the pandemic presented challenges that slowed our projects, but we remained steadfast and committed to overcoming these obstacles.
